Carson turns 3!
Carson's birthday was on Sunday this year, which of course started with birthday pancakes, and we had dinner with the fam at Grandma Lori's. He got to go with his cousin Liam for a train ride on the Heber Creeper - so fun! What a chill, happy, loving little dude. We are so lucky to have him. Happy birthday buddy!
Birthday pancakes!! Who said you need to wear pants?

Sweet Grandma Doris
I said goodbye to my sweet Grandma Doris in Aug 2015. She'd had a rough year before, her health declining rapidly. I got to spend some quality time with her in the hospital, even painting her nails. I love and miss her so much, she's always been one of my biggest supporters!
Another broken baby and ABCs!
March 2015 - Amelie was playing in the jungle gym at the aquarium and fell right on this arm! She, however, is much easier to manage than the last cast we had...
And Lisie lou got her alphabet crown! So smart!

Alisa turns 5!
We wanted to have an active, fun party for our active, fun Alisa's birthday and thought of a fun opportunity we'd never have again. We turned the giant basement room (with concrete floor) into a roller rink, mirror ball and all! Here are a few photos:
With lots of glitter, lights and pizzazz it was such a fun time!

Acelynn update - 9 months! AND 1 year!!
Our Acee-Bee is 9 months old! (Well, almost 10, but...)
At her 9 month checkup, she was in the 70's for weight (20 lbs!) average height, and off the charts for head size! Poor North girls. She was right on track for development, clapping, 2 teeth, trying to use her pincer grasp, putting everything in her mouth, babbling. She was on the verge of crawling for a long time, like she just didn't realize she could do that, and it left her very frustrated.
Since her checkup, she has officially learned to crawl and pull up on everything. She is a MUCH happier baby now that she can scoot around and play. She also got two more teeth, so now she has 4 front teeth - 2 on top, 2 on bottom. She still has beautiful blue eyes and blondy blond hair. She also still has that cute raspy voice - no idea where that came from, but it's way cute on her. Her favorite things are to crawl around, feed herself, baby food (fruits and mixes - NOT green beans!)
For Acelynn's 1 year party, we had a Bee theme (for Acee-Bee, duh.) The only trick was, this poor little girl broke her leg! She had a half body cast for three weeks (only, thank goodness) and she was immobile and just not very happy (especially since she started standing and stepping right before she broke it!) But she's still adorable and had a great Bee-day party!
